- One account per person — don't share accounts
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
Your data
- You own your data. Emails, conversations, and configurations belong to you.
- You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service
- You can export or delete your data at any time
- See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling

- Your messages are sent to LLM providers (Groq, Z.AI, Google, Cerebras) to generate responses
Service availability
- We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime
- We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible
- Free tier features and limits may change
Limitation of liability
Seshat is provided "as is" without warranty. We're not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or inaccurate AI outputs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email.
